From the Sea to the Mountains
Every great journey begins with a single meeting.
For almost fourteen years, Jomit Joy served aboard Silversea Cruises, rising to Senior Butler and learning that exceptional hospitality is created through discipline, intuition and sincere care.
Among the guests he served was Joan Tew. What began as a professional relationship grew into a friendship founded on trust, mutual respect and shared values. Across remarkable destinations, they discovered a common dream—to create places where nature, hospitality, investment and quality could belong together.
Inspired by those conversations at sea, Joland Dreams was created. Joan Tew provides strategic vision and international perspective as Director. Jomit Joy leads the company’s vision and daily operations as Managing Director.
